marketplace, Frolly, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. About Frollick
Frollick is an online marketplace that helps parents discover and purchase toys for children.
We bring together products from independent sellers and make them available to customers
through our platform.
We also offer Frolly, our AI-powered toy discovery assistant. Frolly uses information provided
by you about your child, including their age, interests, likes, dislikes, and personality, to help you
discover toys that may be suitable for them.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to
use the Services and make purchases through Frollick.
Our Services are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults shopping for children.
Children are not permitted to independently create accounts, make purchases, or provide
personal information to Frollick.
By using the Services, you confirm that:

3. Your Account

Frolly's recommendations are generated based on the information available to it and the
products available on Frollick at the time.
Frolly is a toy discovery tool and does not provide medical, psychological, educational,
developmental, or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing product information, including the recommended age,
product specifications, safety information, and other details before purchasing a product.
5. Frolly and AI-generated Recommendations
Frolly uses AI technology to understand the information you provide and generate toy
recommendations.AI-generated recommendations may not always be accurate or complete. Frolly's
recommendations should therefore be treated as suggestions and not as guarantees that a
particular product will be suitable for, enjoyed by, or beneficial to a child.
Product availability, pricing, inventory, product information, and recommendations may change
from time to time.
You should use your own judgment when deciding whether to purchase a product.
6. Products and Product Information
Products available on Frollick are offered by independent sellers unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on the Services is
accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, images, specifications, prices,
availability, and other information may occasionally contain errors or may be updated by sellers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of products listed by sellers on
the platform.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products they offer:

Meet applicable quality and safety requirements.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Match the specifications and characteristics displayed on the Services.
Are appropriately packaged and prepared for delivery.
Meet applicable mandatory labeling, certification, and other requirements.
We may take reasonable measures to verify sellers and product information, but such
verification does not constitute a guarantee of a seller's products or conduct.8. Product Safety
Parents and guardians should review the product's recommended age, safety instructions,
warnings, usage instructions, and other product information before purchasing or allowing a
child to use a product.
Products should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable
safety warnings.
You should not ignore age restrictions, safety instructions, or warnings provided with a product.
Where applicable, products must comply with mandatory Indian safety and certification
requirements, including requirements applicable to children's toys.
9. Pricing
All prices displayed on Frollick are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
The price payable for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order,
subject to applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, offers, and other charges clearly
disclosed during checkout.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
If an error in pricing or product information is discovered after an order has been placed, we
may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, including contacting you
regarding the error or cancelling the affected order where legally permitted.
Any applicable promotional offer will be subject to the terms and conditions of that offer.
10. Orders
When you place an order through Frollick, you are requesting to purchase the selected product.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not
necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if further verification is required.

to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating, marketing, and improving
the Services, subject to applicable law.

Frolly and its branding.
Website design.
Text.
Graphics.
Images.
Software.
Features.
User interface.
Original content.
Trademarks and other brand elements.
are owned by or licensed to Frollick and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Services.
Modify or create derivative works from our content.
Use Frollick or Frolly branding for commercial purposes.
Scrape or systematically extract information from the Services.
Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of our software.
Use our content or technology to build a competing service.
Product names, logos, trademarks, and images belonging to sellers or manufacturers remain
the property of their respective owners.
17. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Frollick to:

Products and sellers displayed on Frollick may be influenced by factors such as product
relevance, availability, user preferences, product information, seller performance, and other
marketplace considerations.
Frolly's recommendations are separately generated based on the information provided by the
user and the products available through the Services.
The appearance of a product or seller in a particular position does not necessarily mean that
Frollick endorses or guarantees that product or seller.
Where applicable, we will provide information required by law regarding the main parameters
used to determine the ranking of products or sellers.
19. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links, integrations, payment services, logistics services, or other
features provided by third parties.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the independent practices, content, availability, or policies of
third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
20. Availability of the Services
We aim to keep Frollick available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the
Services will always be:
Available without interruption.
Free from errors.
Free from bugs or technical issues.
Compatible with every device or browser.
Available at all times.
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the Services for maintenance, upgrades,
security, technical reasons, or other operational requirements.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frollick will not be responsible for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited
under Indian law, including rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable
consumer protection laws.
Frollick's liability, where applicable, will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to take away any statutory rights available to consumers.
22. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Frollick harmless
from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your unlawful use of the Services.
Your misuse of your account.
Your User Content.
Your violation of another person's rights.
Your fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
This section will not apply to the extent that the claim or loss results from Frollick's own
negligence, misconduct, or violation of applicable law.
23. Suspension and Termination
